Hi, I’m Amrutha!

A paediatric Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting children to thrive in their everyday lives. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (Occupational Therapy) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Psychiatry, and I work primarily with children and their families.

In my practice, I take a child-centred and strengths-based approach, focusing on building each child’s confidence, independence, and ability to participate in meaningful daily activities. I support children across areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-cares, emotional regulation, and school readiness, always tailoring therapy to suit their individual needs, interests, and environments.

I work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, collaborative, and aligned with each child’s goals. My aim is to create a supportive and engaging space where children feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to reach their full potential across home, school, and community settings.
